Prices and payments: The prices shown on the website are in Euros, with tax included. The cost of our order processing and shipping are however, not included.
The books remain studio ANNABEL's property until your order has been paid in full.

Shipping: We typically process orders the day they are received, and ship whithin 5 business days. Please note that we do not ship Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Postage prices are calculated based on weight, value, destination, and carrier service.
If you require expedited shipping, courier service, or your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly for shipping quotes and arrangements.
Time in transit varies by location. Shipping durations are as quoted by the websites of the Postal Service, POST NL, UPS, DHL or an alternate chosen carrier.
We are not responsible for any delays due to weather, customs inspections, etc., after your package has been delivered to the carrier.
